We hope you find something nostalgic and something new with our baked goods and spice blends. Our products are made in a home kitchen, small batch style, with real ingredients. No commercial or manufactured flavors here. Life is too short to eat manufactured treats (and definitely not worth the calories) - eat the real thing.

Through the Kitchen, we aim to simplify ways for others to incorporate global favorites into their cooking repertoire. Our BBK Blends are easy to use. Each comes with a recommended recipe. The best part is, you don’t have to track down each unique spice before cooking. We have tested our recipes and ratios to ensure quality taste. Our Blends are small batch and prepared just before packaging unlike grocery store spices packages that sit on shelves for months. The spices come from India and remain in glass airtight containers to preserve freshness. You can taste and see the difference in quality.
*The salt level is in each blend is low. Start small and add to your preference.

Our kitchen is a combination of all things spicy and sweet. My spouse and I love cooking and experimenting with different ingredients. We are newlyweds blending our family cultures into our kitchen.
Growing up I had limited exposure to fresh food. There just weren't a lot of cooks around the house and convenience was the priority. As a teenager I started exploring a vocation as a pastry chef. I was drawn to the kitchen and had so many curiosities about the baking process. While I ended up taking a different career route, I never stopped baking. As an expat, I welcomed the challenge of making local dishes in my tiny apartment kitchen. Now, in this stage of life in Colorado, I'm again taking on the challenge of baking at HIGH ALTITUDE. Thankfully, it's been a joy and I get the opportunity to tweak recipes to make sure my products taste good! Life's too short, right, eat something that's amazing!
